Professional Training and Seminars

The National Institute for Change was established to address a growing need to integrate meaningful human encounter with a greater range of change management therapies and trainings. While we facilitate a wide range of individual, couples, family and group sessions, the staff at the Institute also develops and presents training courses and seminars on a variety of topics suitable for corporate, spiritual, and forensic audiences. Our Professional Training and Seminars include:

bullet Marriage Seminars
bullet Teamwork Courses
bullet Stress Management
bullet Conflict Resolution
bullet Maximizing Potential

Research-based and reinforced through years of anecdotal and observational exploration, we offer seminars on conflict resolution, communication strategies, the process of personal change and maximizing one's potential, enhancing intimacy and relationships, parenting with love and limits, and court-related forensics.

At the National Institute for Change, we believe that presenting sensitive and substantive information to larger groups using a creative, playful and provocative approach creates a learning environment where perception and behavior are most likely to be positively impacted. We typically use multimedia presentations and videos, along with role-playing and other hands-on activities, to most effectively present the topics. We also provide handouts to help increase audience understanding and to reinforce more complex concepts. With a staff highly trained and certified, all of our training materials are comprehensive and supported by proven methodologies.

Placing major emphasis on audience learning styles, the Institute designs programs to help people in corporate settings increase productivity and work more collaboratively with their peers, customers and supervisors; to help people in the community improve their intimate relationships and parenting skills; to help people in religious settings strengthen their spiritual lives; and to help people in forensic settings gain a greater understanding of deviant behaviors and then learn how to use intervention skills to help create positive change.

The staff at the Institute knows that change can happen quickly and that, in the right setting, human beings can adapt immediate perception and behavior changes through one-trial learning sessions. That's why we place such a strong emphasis on creating seminars and training courses that truly inspire change and growth in the attendees.

Our training seminars consistently receive excellent evaluations and many attendees subsequently follow up with our therapists for personal counseling and coaching to review the information and reinforce the change process.
